Our designs for Mercer’s offices in Noida and GOSS Aravallis embed the organization’s ethos into the workspace through visual narratives, universal fables and symbolic themes inspired by nature. Over two floors of their Noida offices, in continuity with their Gurgaon facility we had designed earlier, we visualized enduring themes and experiential graphic content to reflect their value systems. The branches became Mercer’s areas of specialization as The Tree of Expertise. The Tree of Success was depicted as its fruits. Within the larger picture, miniature graphics illustrate the values in multiple ways.

Our approach involved looking at Indian art forms of jewel-boxing narratives and how the visual experience varies as we go nearer or farther.

The story of Mercer seamlessly flows out like water into waterfalls, lakes and rivers making it all comes together as one “ocean of experience” as India’s Kathasaritasagara – literally meaning “Ocean of the streams of stories.”
