Punj Llyod: Reaching across the pagePrint

The Punj Lloyd group companies are Punj Lloyd, PL Engineering and Sembawang E&C. Punj Lloyd provides integrated design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management services in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

In 2006, Punk Lloyd group had just done a re-branding exercise after a phase of acquisitions, when a unified corporate group identity was required. The client required a new brochure showcasing the group’s expertise and achievements.

Lopez Design created a handy 16 page brochure and built in the content using the Punj Lloyd corporate blue to make a definitive connection with their brand.

The visual language for the brochure was created by extracting images from documentation photos of their existing projects. The compositions of the photographs gave a dynamic feel to the pages and projected the group’s vast capacity making a unique visual statement. 

The composition of photographs across the double page made a subtle psychological connection for the viewer about how Punj Lloyd extends its capacities to achieve targets. 

The infrastructural capacity, engineering capacity and enormity of challenge were all reflected as a powerhouse of visuals that packed in the group’s achievements. Along with the incorporation of strong visuals, the header text in bold on each page drove the Punj Lloyd philosophy such as “Always on the Move’ and “Becoming part of the Future.”
